The clients inherited a backyard that had been left to the elements for six years — an algae-filled pool, cracked coping and beds swallowed by overgrowth. We stripped the space back to grade and rebuilt it around a single idea: a calm, symmetrical retreat that lives as comfortably at midnight as it does at midday.
